IG @ogefashblog

I told you all that amma still review the song “Like” by “Reekado Banks” on Ogefash blog whether it is old or new. Recall I said it when I reviewed “blessing on me” by thesame artiste (View the review here https://ogefash.reviews/2018/11/28/lyricsmusic-review-blessings-on-me-by-reekado-banks-if-only-melinda-gayle-taraji-p-in-acrimony-did-what-this-woman-did/ )

Just like the title of the song, I “like” this song. Here is why, I just love the song. The video is what you call “High Quality Video” and the beat and the lyrics di (are) exceptional.

But come o, what is happening to our former Mavin act- Reekado Bank?  He has been pretty mute after his departure from the “Mavin Records”, although he sang his first single titled “Mariah” but nothing much has been heard from him. He shouldn’t please relax or lay down; I love you, Nigerians love you!

Now, about the song “Like” by Reekado Banks ft Tiwa Savage and Fiokee. Like means to love or be fond of something or someone. The song basically talks about the artiste’s special affection for just one lady among other ladies. He has placed this lady over other ladies. He says he admires her because she is extremely extraordinary, as in different from other ladies. He is willing to spend all his money on her and do anything for only her. He is ready to be her slave self.

The artistes are all willing to lose control, kill, sing and die for this special one they sang about.

In this song, Reekado used the songs of famous artistes in Nigeria to for his chorus. These songs are Manya by Wizkid; Fire by Davido and Malo by Tiwa. Meanwhile Kama lole means let us go home

Take a gander at the lyrics below
