To the dismay of many Nigerians, the son of a Billionaire, Terry Waya, Kiddwaya was evicted from the ongoing reality show. People were not expecting his eviction, not that they particularly wanted him to win though, but they just wanted him to be among the five finalists. However, that did not happen as Kiddwaya was evicted on Sunday 13th, September alongside the winner of 2018 Mr. Nigeria, Prince Nelson Enwerem.

So, now that both Prince and Kiddwaya have been evicted, the winner of the Big brother Naija (BBNAIJA) reality show, Season 5 will definitely be Laycon.

If you have been watching the popular television reality show “Big Brother Naija (BBNAIJA), then the name Laycon is obviously not new to you. Even if you have not been watching, you must have heard of BBNAIJA Laycon as the name has suddenly become more popular than even the country’s national anthem.

26 years old Olamilekan Agbelese popularly known as Laycon as well as Icon is one of the popular housemates in the season 5 of the Big Brother Naija Reality show tagged #BBNAIJA Lockdown. Laycon has celebrities, friends, families, almer mater (Universtiy of Lagos), in fact almost all Nigerians of various high calibre rooting for him to win the 85 million naira.

The only person not rooting for him in Nigeria is one-time fellow housemate- Erica Nlewedim, who has already been disqualified from the show after flouting Big Brother’s rules on three different occasions; a maximum no of strikes that earn housemates disqualification.

Erica prior to her disqualification had a fight with Laycon in which she had body-shamed him. She called him all sorts of terrible names such as an ugly person, manipulating demon, drumstick and so on.

Of all the insults Erica hurled at Laycon, the one that caught my attention was the “drumstick” she called him. The last time I checked, a drumstick is usually a long, thin stick with a padded head used for drumming. I assume she called Laycon drumstick because of his small stature. In fact, he doesn’t just have a small stature; he is so lanky just like me.

At this point, I must tell some people that being thin or slim doesn’t necessarily mean you are broke or unhealthy, there could be some other reasons. Some people are just meant to be slim even if they have billions of naira in their account. What y’all think?

So, that brings me to my major question; if Laycon eventually wins this 85 million naira (I think we all know that he is going to win BBNAIJA season 5 if they still use viewers’ votes), do you think he would be fatter than a drumstick?
