Ogefash Photo Blog Celebrity Focus for the month of May- Zari Hassan “Here’s why she is called the Boss LadyY”

We are now on IG @ogefashblog

Our celebrity focus for this month of May is well known as The Boss Lady. A”Boss Lady” to me is someone who is brave enough to do that which a man can do and even does it better. She is driven, focused, high-minded, clever, resilient, altruistic and beautiful. A boss lady is self-contained and doesn’t depend nor survive on a man’s  bills but her bills; all these traits fit in for dynamic Zari Hassan our celebrity focus for the month of May.

Zari Hassan is a successful female entrepreneur every female would wish to be like. She is one lady that you will naturally think of when you say “What a man can do, a woman can do and will do far better”. Wait for this; Zari Hassan is one personality that her strength, carriage, zeal, determination will leave you in awe.

Zari is not just called “The boss lady” for “fun” or “for calling sake”, she is a “True Boss” as she is managing various establishments owned by her and her late husband- Ivan Ssemwanga. She owns cosmetic shops, schools, student hostels and many more. Zari is also into music; she is indeed an enterprise herself .  She is business oriented. Her business skills can’t go unnoticed, it is quite evident in all the IG accounts she set up for her children which commands thousands of followers. Despite the many portfolio  “The Boss Lady” seems to be handling day in day out, one question that keeps popping up in the mouth of her fans is how she manages to still stay young, delectable and fit after five children and despite her busy schedule. Zari is so busy and so in love with what she does and the title “Boss Lady” that nothing said by haters move her or make her flinch. Despite her busy schedule, she able to balance family with her career.

Zari  is as liberal as the attributes associated with people born with the “Libra Zodiac sign”. The Libra lady was born to the family of the Hassans on the 23rd of September, 1978, she would be adding another year to her present age  in few  months time.  She is from Uganda and was raised in Jinja. Zari loves to sing. Her flair for music is profound and can’t be quenched which is evident in the track Oliwange which means ‘You are mine” in English. She started singing as early as her primary school days in Uganda and humbly and joyfully performed at various gatherings of the school. In secondary school at Jinja Girls High School, her music zeal did not quench as she joined a music club as well as drama and dance society. For her tertiary education she went to learn all about beauty treatments. She afterward  obtained her diploma in cosmetology.

Zari was once married to a wealthy billionaire and philantrophist- Ivan Ssemwanga and bore him three sons- Didy, Quincy, and Pinto. Zari and Ivan divorced 10 years after their marriage on the basis of domestic violence filed by Zari. She moved on with big music act- Diamond Platinumz, their relationship which was later punctured brought forth two offspring- Latifah Dangote and Prince Riaz. Ivan Semwanga suffered stroke and died. He died at Steve Biko Hospital, Pretoria, South Africa. After her husband’s death, she took over the management of his establishments.

I feel like Zari is one woman that is missing in the song ‘Wonder woman” by Davido because she is indeed beyond wonder. She is one woman  with exceptional features; strong, successful, beautiful, hospitable, c classy, perfect to wife and ideal.
