I searched an searched for flaws but found none; well maybe I will still keep searching even after this review. What am I trying to say, the video is so on-point and flawless. I love the visual to this song; I just squeled that with much delight. So, Mabel fans, good music lovers, here comes another banger “Mad love” by Mabel with her 6 female dancers

I have been wondering, what does Mabel really mean by Mad love? The “mad love” goes beyond showing affection to the one you love. The entire lyrics show that the mad love she is talking about is sex. What ya think? Fill me in through the comment box….

Lyrically, the song comes in two verses. They two verses have the same number stanzas.  The chorus and pre-chorus were sung thrice each. The bridge was sung twice.

The song talks about sexual love. It talks about a certain guy satisfying the artiste sexually all night. The lyrics to the song are in array.

BREAKDOWN OF THE SONG

In the verse 1 “Boy, you looking like my type” we can tell that Mabel is attracted to and interested in a certain guy who has the attributes of the things she looks out for in a guy. His features connect him to her.  He has the features of the type of guys Mabel likes to relate with intimately. She invites him over to her house but with the sole purpose of getting down with him and nothing else.

In the Pre-chorus, “Made me say” the artiste tells the guy she is attracted to not to disappoint her while getting down with her. She encourages him to carry get pull up on her properly.

In the Chorus “All night give me mad love” one can tell that the artiste is telling the guy to put his sex prowess or moves into action when putting it down on her tonight.

In the Verse 2 “You come over, we could chill” Mabel lets the guy know how much pleasure she feels whenever he puts it down on her.

In the bridge “If I back up, can you handle?” the artiste says, if  she comes with extra energy that will enable her have plenty sex all night without getting tired, would the guy be man enough to still handle her. Infact, she even wants it rough when he is putting it down on her. This she said in this line “Don’t be too nice, better man up.”

They were all looking so uniformed; the same hair and thesame attire. They were mostly on crop tops and and a pant.

LOCATION

The video was shot in America. They used only an indoor scene. It looks like a studio.

SOUND

Melodious tune, the rhythm flows well. The major instruments used include the piano, shakers and drum which was introduced in the chorus. The song is interesting to the ears. The artiste sang expressively to the beat.

VIDEO PRODUCTION

I love the visual; so interesting to watch. Their body gestures tallied with the theme of the song.
