THE REVIEW
You just have to love this video; did you see the way Mr. P staggered when the masked guy wanted to hit him? Mhen that was on point and the timing was accurate. This is certainly a great song with a great concept. Mr.P brought out another skill- ‘acting’ aside the usual (dancing and singing) skills we are familiar with.
You know, I have seen Mr.P’s acting skills in a couple of comedy skits but none compared to this. Even though ‘to be continued’ was written at the latter part of the song, I believe that P classic records with this gigantic tune is trying to tell a story to the world and we are anxiously waiting to hear it.
Lyrically this song is on point. The lines flow well and depend on the previous lines for continuity. Hardly are there disjointed lines, especially in the hook. View it here

Though the song is over 5 minutes, but there are just two verses in the song with repeated hook and choruses.
What is the song ‘My Way’ really about
My way by Mr.P is no doubt a love song about Mr. P’s ex lover. Peter tells his ex-lover that if she decides to stay or go, he would still find his way, this he emphasizes in the chorus
“But if you leave me, I can find my way. Girl if you leave me, I can find my way (OH OH)
But if you need me, I can find my way. Girl if you need me, I can find my way”
However, the story takes a different shape as the ex-lover is seen monitoring Mr.P and his activities. The night Mr.P proposed to his new girlfriend, his ex-lover was there and that same night, she took his soul into a desert. They were shut out from the rest of the world. The only people in the desert were his ex-girlfriend as well as some masked men (most definitely acted by Mr. P’s dancers) she brought to haunt him.
(Now we really can’t tell if their separation was a peaceful one or the reverse, but one thing that is certain is that the lady is yet to move on. However Mr. P vows to stay with her if she needs him, but would always find his way if she leaves as him well. )

Beat: Standard! I totally love this beat. Now the intro may have that of Mario Winas’ “I don’t wanno know” tune but the delivery of the song was not done using the tune, it has nothing in connection with the song. Try singing Mario’s song with this song.
Video: This video is capable of making you fall in love with the audio of the song. The video was shot outdoor, a place looking like a desert. The video no doubt tells a story where his ex shows up in the middle of the night and takes him into the desert empty of other people in the world but filled with demons to haunt him; apparently, his ex-girlfriend is stil unresolved about their break up. Mr. P runs and runs in the desert hampering for safety.
I love the effects, especially the one created when the masked guy wanted to hit Mr.P with his weapon. Also, the horrifying background voices. I also love the way Mr. P dodged it/staggered. This video is clean. The concept is terrific. Great lightning as well. It is interesting to watch; it is certainly one video you will always love to keep watching.
Costume: their costumes synchronized with the story they are telling. Mr. P was haunted and was definitely in no happy mood, hence the reason for the black colour. It is either you are the one that is haunting someone or they are haunting you. So great costume! Mr. P’s outfit was like that of Zoro’s costume.
Just thinking
• Why was it difficult for him to say the word “enough” clearly (me, I don give enough, everybody run), is there something he is hiding?
• Those Mr.P’s eyes were intended to be so creepy, but I think there would have been more creativity if the eyes were given another colour
I love this video, you just have to love everything about this “My Way” video by Mr. P
