(LYRICS+ MEANING+ TRANSLATION) MUSIC REVIEW: MA PARIWO BY ZINOLEESKY “HERE IS THE REALEST MEANING OF THIS SONG!” + WAS HE TRYING TO COPY REEKADO BANK’S STYLE

Why the kele no go shout now? (As in why won’t the lady shout?) If the thing dey enter im body well, abeg,  leave am, make im shout (If she is really enjoying herself seuxally; please, leave her, let her shout)

Moving on…

This is a lovely song by Marlian record label signee- Zinoleesky. But it seems to me that he was trying to copy Reekado Bank’s style of singing. Even his expression all through the video was similar to that of Reekado Banks. What y’all think? Hint us via the comment box.

WHAT IS THE SONG MA PARIWO BY ZINOLEESKY ALL ABOUT

The word Ma pariwo is a Yoruba word that means don’t shout.

In the song, the artiste talks about his infidel act with another lady who is not his girlfriend. He also talks about making love to this lady on a low key; with no sound of gratification coming forth from the lady’s side, even though she is enjoying it. This is to ensure that nobody discovers what they are doing. Cause, if they do, they may eventually give him another name which may be “sex-related.”

Lyrically: The song comes in two verses. The chorus was taken twice. The lyrics have sexual undertones. Anyway, don’t expect less from a Marlian signee.. The aritste sang in pidgin and Yoruba; a Nigerian language.

Vocal: The artiste vocal is quite appealing. His lyrics flowed well on the beat. He was also consistent with his vocal quality.

Melody: So tuneful! It comes in a mid-tempo beat. The beat is solid and engaging. The rhythm flows well. The major instruments used in the composition of this song include drum and piano.

Video: The video complements the track.
