Nollywood actor, Obinna Nwafor known professionally as Saint Obi was born on Monday, 16th November, 1965 in Rivers, PortHarCourt, Nigeria. He had most of his education in the Northern part of Nigeria. He studied Theatre Arts at the University of Jos.
Saint Obi died on Sunday, May 7th, 2023 in Jos after a long sickness. Saint Obi who was the only male child among 8 children birthed by his parents died in the residence of one of his siblings. His female siblings initially did not want to disclose his death due to the conflict between them.
Saint Obi was married to Linda Amobi but the couple however divorced before his death. The union produced three beautiful kids [2 Boys and a Girl]. It was gathered that Saint Obi battled for the custody of the children but never saw it through before his death.
