The story was about Sally Hansen (Acted by Estella Warren) who had to relocate to a new home built by her and her police officer husband after he was killed.

After her relocation, she secretly investigated the cases her husband was working on before his death. She discovered that someone was trying to frame up her dead husband for a crime he didn’t know thereby tarnishing his image even in death. She found out that there was a place where growing prescription drug abuse was causing people to commit a crime.
