Mavins “Won Le Le” Song Breakdown

In verse 1, Ladipoe sings about his change of level. His status has changed, he moved from nothing to something, from nowhere to somewhere, from food lack to food sufficiency. He can now afford to buy luxurious things and live larger than life. Now, everybody wants to have a feel of him.

In verse 2, Crayon sings about his wealth which makes those associated with him, women in particular benefit from him financially and materially. He desires an increase and new currency and warns those not ready to give these to back off.

In verse 3, Bayanni sings about his devotion to his hustle and warns time wasters and those who can’t give money to back off. He also says he cares less about what people say if it is not about money.

In verse 4, Rema sings about his focus on getting money, despite the efforts of enemies to harm him. He brags about his wealth and capability to snatch someone’s woman.

In verse 5, Boy Spyce sings about the interest people now have in his music, and the attention he is now getting musically compared to before. He sings about his hustle and bustle before success came his way.

In the Pre-chorus, Magixx shows his devotion, energy to his work, and desires that only serious-minded people who have money to offer for his work, and talent call him up. He desires that no one upsets him or makes things more complicated for him.

In the chorus, Magixx and Don Jazzy, sing about how competitors can’t catch up with them no matter the hot chase.  According to them, when they surface, they keep the audience agog. They deliver exceptionally.

Now it’s all about the comma when I’m speaking grammar

Balenciaga bag under the agbada (Yeah)

Remember when we couldn’t even break bread?

Now I’m sitting at the table observing my manners

Chop —, clean mouth, everybody code

Pullup backstage, every groupie no be ho€

Funny when you blow you be everybody bro (I swear)

At least I got lifelines to show
