We are yet to get over the dwindling economy caused by the widespread of Corona virus, as it has not only killed thousands of people, but have cost thousands of people their jobs, including me that is blogging self.
Now, it seems like if coronavurus doesn’t kill you, something else would.
I have tried avoiding social media for a while now cause it seems like ,when I open my browser , I only open bad news…
Ibidun Ighodalo (The lady in the picture above) was born in the year 1980 . She was the CEO of Elizabeth R Events; a very big and successful event planning outfit. Elizabeth R is well known for its classy and breath~taking decorations at weddings, social or corporate organisation. Their creativity is second to none. Give them an empty room to fix; I can assure you that you won’t recognize the room again after the Elizabeth R skilled touch has been given to it. They create something from nothing, and it is always stunning.
I have been opportuned to be in one of the events put together by Elizabeth R during university days. I went for an ushering job in Ekiti under Ekizabeth R company; that was when I discovered how exceptional the founder~ Ibidun Ighodalo was.
However, sadly, Ibidun who was married to the pastor of Trinity house- Pastor Ituah Ighodalo died of cardiac arrest in her hotel room in Portharcourt when planning for a conference. She is survived by her husband and two kids~boy and girl.
May the soul of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace, amen.
RIP Ibidunni Olajumoke Ighodalo
We were still in shock about Ibidun’s death when another big shock came rolling. It is the death of big size~ OAP DanFoster.
Dan Foster; a very popular OAP in the early 2000’s that everybody wanna be like and yearned to see. My cousin’s crush. His voice was captivating and would make every lady and gay long for him. An OAP to envy. He was top notch. He changed the face of broadcasting. His phonics was incomparable and lots of broadcasters tried to immitate him. Dan Foster was an American that settled in Nigeria and continued his job as a broadcaster.
Dan was one of the judges in the talent show “West African Idol.” He was the originator of the gospel praize jam. He worked with Cool fm, Inspiration fm and City Fm before quitting the radio stations.
Daniel Foster aka Dan Foster aka Big DAWG died of Corona virus. He is survived by his wife and three kids from two women.
May the soul of the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.
