THE REDEEM CHRISTIAN CHURCH OF GOD (RCCG) HAS BEEN THE MOST SUPPORTIVE; THEY HAVE BEEN OPENING HEAVEN ON EARTH FOR PEOPLE THROUGH FOOD AND CASH DONATIONS SINCE THE OUTBREAK OF CORONAVIRUS

IG@ogefashblog…

Nigeria has lots of pentecostal churches, but when you want to mention the popular ones, RCCG an acronym gotten from Redeem Christian Church of God would always be the first to pop up. RCCG whose General Overseer (GO) is Enoch Adeboye is not only the popular church in Nigeria though like I mentioned earlier. There are other popular churches like Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM), Christ Embassy, Winners, Day Star among others. But in all honesty, RCCG is currently the biggest church owing to two of its missions which are

  1. To plant churches within five minutes walking distance in every city and town of developing countries and within five minutes driving distance in every city and town of developed countries.
  2. To have a member of RCCG in every family of all nations.

If you are a member or a non-member of RCCG or you know someone that attends the church; you must have noticed one thing about RCCG. The church prioritizes the welfare of people all over its branches; RCCG doesn’t joke with that.

RCCG is one church that I know would readily stick out their neck for members (To retain them) and even non-members (To win them to the Lord and church of course). RCCG is always super-concerned about its members and Nigerians as well.

It is therefore not surprising that the church all over its various branches took it upon itself to feed millions of people in both rural and urban areas through the donation of cash and food items since coronavirus broke out and obligated people to stay home which has affected their finances and made them unable to feed their family.

Like the name of RCCG Daily devotion, “Open Heaven”; they have really opened heaven on earth for people. Of all churches, I am convinced that they have been more supportive. Thumbs up!
