IG@OGEFASHBLOG.
After about three weeks of staying indoor and just staring at the four corners of my room; I decided to step out.
I took a stroll to my temporary photographer’s house to retrieve the pictures for upcoming spotlight. Of course, I had to trek because there were no vehicles and Ogefash doesn’t have a car for now.
As I trekked from one street to another, what I saw in all honesty, were streets void of people, cars, activities and so on. Each street now looks new to me; a shadow of it former self now.
No doubt, the outbreak of coronavirus has taking its toll on the ever blazing and buzzing “Center of Excellence” also known as Lagos State.
My people, if you know Lagos wella as in if you know Lagos properly, you would agree that there is nothing on the low about the state. There is no dulling among the inhabitants. The people who dwell there are so full of life. Over excitement, over activity, over busy, over crowded, over gbogbo e (everything) are synonymous to Lagos. It is a place of non-stop buzzing, whether it is noise to some people or not.
Oh coronavirus please go away!
Ever buzzing Lagos, please come back, ever buzzing Nigeria please come back, ever buzzing America please come back, ever buzzing countries all over the world please come back cause I really miss all the buzzling!
