Diamond is a Tanzanian born in Amana Hospital in DaresSalaam on the 2nd of October 2019. He is a dancer, song writer, singer as well as a business man. He has been in the industry for over a decade. He is well known all over the world. He owns a record label by name Wasafi Classic Baby (WCB) which terrific artiste-Harmonize is signed to. Diamond is a Pepsi ambassador and an ambassador to a host of other big brands.
Diamond is a very interesting personality which is evident in the videos he churns out. He is one of the few musicians whose videos always amass millions of views on Youtube and other music channels within few days of uploading. Also, he is the only African musician that has about 3 million subscribers.
Diamond has two albums to his credit “Lala Salama” – 2012 and “A boy from Tandale” – 2018 with about 33 songs in total for the period of time he has been in the music industry. He has worked with big artistes like Omarion, Rick ross, Psquare, Davido, Flavour, Morgan Heritage, Tiwa Savage, Vanessa Mdee, Rayvanny, Miri Ben Ari, Young killer, Jah Prayzah, Fally Ipupa, Neyo among others. Diamond is one of the few musicians that gets along very well with almost everyone in the music industry home and abroad, reason he was able and is still able to future top artistes from various countries in his songs. He is passionate about “ language” which is evident in his songs.
He was once in a romantic affair with South African based Ugandan magnateZari Hassan aka “Zari the boss” and they have two kids together, but their union collapsed due to irreconcilable difference. Diamond claimed she was too “Bossy” and wanted to control his life. He is currently dating Kenyan radio presenter, Tnasha Donna Oketch and they both already have a son.
