To pull up means to come to a halt or to stop a vehicle in a particular place.
The song “Pull up” is basically about stopping by at your significant other’s place to reconcile with him or her. In the song, the artiste-Burnaboy stopped by at his girlfriend’s place to check on her. He and his girlfriend are not on a good term. Their relationship-crisis is making his girlfriend unable to eat, sleep or move around. She is still hurting from whatever he might have done to her. It seems like his girlfriend heard or saw something displeasing about him which made her stay far away from him.
However, the artiste said his girlfriend is always on his mind and he desires to be with her. Hence, he searched all ways to locate her in order to explain that whatever she must have heard about him is so untrue. He also planned on showing her how much he loves her and how he is willing to take care of all her needs (financially and otherwise).
