What do I mean? I believe that Beyonce’s song has now really emphasized the beauty of “Dark skins” and has pushed musicians to now confidently use “Dark” abi na (or) “Brown skin girls” as video vixens. If na before before, na only “White skin girls’ we dey see for music videos as vixens. Well just saying, what ya think?

THE REVIEW
I love everything about this song; dope track. I love the African-American flow. I love everything about Chris Brown’s flow and I also love the energy both Chris Brown and Davido put into the song.
Lyrically, the song comes in two verses. Davido took the first verse while Chris Brown took the second verse. The pre chorus, chorus and hook were taken twice each.
The lyrics are well arranged and meaningful as well. The song talks about how much a lady excites the artistes or better still, how the lady leaves them in awe. So what excites them about her? It must be her body!

BREAKDOWN OF THE SONG
In the Verse 1 “Never waste your time, never let you go” Davido emphasizes how much he wants to have a particular lady that excites him sexually or otherwise. He is willing to turn a over new leaf for her sake. The artiste says he is not willing to lose her because she is different from all ladies he has ever had anything to do with.
In the Pre-chorus “I want to do you whatever you want” the artistes show willingness to satisfy all the lady’s needs; sexually and otherwise.
In the Chorus “Girl, you just dey blow my, blow my mind” the artistes emphasize the effect the lady has on them. The lady excites them; sexually I guess.
In the Verse 2 “When I drink from your water, give me a cup” We can tell that Chris Brown wants the lady to show him affection just like he shows her. He talks about his feelings for the lady and the effect her body has on him. He brags about his sexual prowess. He also says whatever people say about him and the lady doesn’t matter, the only thing that matters is just both of them and what they feel for each other.
WHAT DOES THE SONG “BLOW MY MIND” BY DAVIDO FT CHRIS BROWN MEAN
It is a love song whereby the artistes use the three words “Blow my mind” to emphasize a lady’s effect on them. They used it to emphasize how a lady so excites them; sexually and othrwise. She has got them drunk in love that they are not willing to let her go.

So appealing, confident and sweet vocals. Chris Brown has got me singing this song non stop. I love Davido’s vocals as well. They were both expressive. I love the flow of rhythm, I couldn’t help but notice Chris Brown’s modulation in the latter part of the song; so awesome. He modulated @ 2 minutes 41 seconds. The major instruments used include drums, keyboard and shakers. The song is interesting to the ears.
I also love the part where Chris Brown sang in “No body go change how we live. Nobody go change how I feel” at the 2 minutes: 11- 12 seconds of the song. Omo I fall…!
VIDEO PRODUCTION
Simply say I love this video; I love their expressions. It is an interesting visual that you would be pushed to watch over and over again because of the the vigor and soulful expressions the artistes put into the song. However, the video quality is quite low.
Also, their dance steps though. I couldn’t really figure out the dance moves of the choreographers despite the dozens of dance steps in the country, most recent Zancu and Soapy. In essence, that their move was not electrifying rara (at all)
