ORGANISATIONS THAT ARE FOND OF SACKING EMPLOYERS ALWAYS CRUMBLE IN THE SHORT OR LONG RUN
Have you ever been to a particular place to transact business and later return to that same place the next month and the next month… to do the same transaction but find another set of employers? If your answer is YES, well I went to tell you that those people did not resign, they were S-A-C-K-E-D.
Sacking is the act of removing someone from a job position and from the company as well without any prior notice
This is common among school employees as well as bank employees. Most of them that sack people for no reason, end up employing people that not capable, dishonest people, fraudulent people or the company later crumbles
If your company does this or you are one of the employees fond of this act without any concrete reason or prior warning, if you love your business, you have to desist from such act, else the business would collapse.
