LATEST NEWS ON SHARON OTIENO, THE PREGNANT STUDENT THAT WAS BRUTALLY MURDERED.
The news about the death of pregnant Sharon Otieno, a 26year old second-year medical records and information student at Rongo University, has been all over the internet for days now and has set tongues wagging about the manner she died and those that were around her before her death.
If you can recall, before her death, Sharon along side a Nation journalist~ Barrack Oduor were both kidnapped on the 3rd of September, 2018. The journslist however managed to jump out of the moving vehicle but pregnant Sandra wasn’t. Two days after; September 5th to be precise, Sharon was later found dead at Kodera forest with various stabs on her body resulting to the murder of two persons~ Sharon and her about to be born child.
After her death, these are the words of her grieving mother, Melida Auma…
“I remember that in the early stages of her pregnancy, I asked her to say who was responsible for it and she told me it was Governor Obado. She said he had promised to buy her a house, take care of her pregnancy and the baby. Little did I know she would meet her death in such a brutal way.”
Meanwhule, students of Rongo University also voice out on Sharon’s death…
“We are demanding the unconditional arrest of Governor Obado to explain what he knows about Sharon’s death,” Mr. Peter Otieno said.
“The arrest of the governor’s right-hand man — his personal assistant — speaks volumes. The police must go for the governor,” said Ms Merceline Nanjala
Meanwhile, Government Pathologist Johansen Oduor is currently conducting an autopsy on Sharon’s body at the Rachuonyo Level 4 Hospital in Homa Bay.
