Tiwa Savage aka Mama Jam Jam was recently interviewed by Awazi during her homerun program on 98.5 Soundcity Fm.
During the interview, the beauteous singer clarified her relationship with Wizkid saying it was platonic. She admitted to growing a thick skin in handling such rumours and ignoring them as they were typical in the industry. She said people have once accused her of dating Humblesmith and many other artistes.
When asked about her current relationship with her former manager/husband TeeBillz, Tiwa just said marriage is a sensitive matter and would not people to misquote her words and nothing more.
Finally, when asked how she felt being compared to Beyonce she said people should stop comparing her to Beyonce· According to her, though Beyonce is one of the best female artistes in the world, she still doesn’t want to be like her.
Her words “I would rather like to be myself. I want to be on my lane and be known as Tiwa Savage, not Beyonce.”
