OGEFASH: How do you feel as d best graduating student of Unilag? JEFFREY: I feel ecstatic, happy and proud of this achievement.
OGEFASH: How did you achieve this feat?
JEFFREY: I achieved this feat by being true to myself, attending lectures regularly, having good friends and knowing that all work and no play makes life extremely boring.
OGEFASH: What would you say has been the secret to achieving this feat?
JEFFREY: It has been said that everything starts with God, so it’s all been by the special grace of God. Secondly, I have a goal that I am determined to achieve irrespective of the many hurdles I must overcome to achieve that goal. So, my determination and belief in my future played a big part, and let’s not forget my love for what I studied.
OGEFASH: What were some of the challenges you faced as a student?
JEFFREY: The major challenge I faced was the journey I had to make from Akoka to College of Medicine, Idi-Araba for my lectures and the war of getting accommodation in school.

OGEFASH: People believe that intelligent people do not have a social life, do you have one? Do you have any special person in your life now?
JEFFREY: Honestly, that is a big lie. I know many people who are really good academically and also have a healthy social life. I believe I am one of them. I enjoy socializing with people especially friends. A special person? I have several.

OGEFASH: Advice to those you are leaving behind and those who want to succeed academically JEFFREY: Know yourself. Our paths in life are not the same and no one is a failure. Don’t be afraid to dream, for most things that exist today were once dreams. Believe in yourself, for if you don’t, no one else would.
