“Condemned” is the word on my mind for the current Ilaje road, Bariga, though vehicles and pedestrians still ply that route, but the end result is that they get stuck in the mud, and one thing is certain, none ever returned home clean.
But thank goodness as heaven as finally looked upon the faces of the road users and heard their cries and complains under the current APC led administration.
So government finally decided to fix the road, thanks to Governor Akinwunmi Ambode who is really working hard to make Lagos roads pliable for all.
We hope that the streets such as Ajileye, Ajiboye, Idowu, Abeokuta, Odunsi etc linked to the road would be resurrected as well, else, “the new Ilaje road go suffer, if dey finish am”
